Great prices, used cars without guarantees Customer service up to the sale was fantastic. They take care of everything and made the buying experience a breeze. Michael lejeune was fantastic and it was the most seemless buying experience ive had. On the negative side: I was told these vehicles are given a safety inspection prior to sale. A running lights on my truck was out, no big deal. The tires were severely compromised and I didn't catch it until it was too late, a huge deal. Any competent mechanic would have seen this after myself and another mechanic took a look at the tires later. I drove the truck for about 45 minutes at which point I was having massive vibrations in the vehicle which rapidly turned into a massive blowout on the highway causing thousands in damage. I was given something on the order of $100 for a tire or something to that effect. Long story short, these are used cars which may have issues which I was aware of, but DO NOT trust the "safety" inspection they perform beforehand. Overall I would still recommend them and I got a truck at a great price but they lost a bit of trust from me. More

Straightforward without the Texas Bull My wife and I were looking for that perfect 2007 Mercedes R350 wrapped in her favorite color combination: Alabaster White with Macadamia tan interior. My wife and I were looking for that perfect 2007 Mercedes R350 wrapped in her favorite color combination: Alabaster White with Macadamia tan interior. I wanted the panoramic roof, 19" wheels and low documented miles. While browsing the eBay listings we came across an ad from Texas Direct for the exact car that we were looking for. Rod Smith was listed as the salesman and I gave him a call as the bidding was just about to end. While I spoke with Rod by phone I knew that this was person and dealership that I could trust. We trusted Rod enough to fly from Denver to Houston to see the car in person as well as meet Rod. The trip, although a long one, turned out to be a great adventure. I test drove the car, found a few things wrong with it here and there and Rod sent it off to his mechanics immediately. The loan process went smoothly and after a little bit of a wait, our car was ready, filled with gas and we were on the road back to Denver. The parts that weren't available were ordered and all we had to do is find a dealership here to have them installed, at Texas Direct's expense. We still love this car and have put 40k miles on it. I have left the complementary Texas Direct key fob on my key chain as a testament as to the great service of both Rod and Texas Direct.
