Great experience with Jarrell I had a very quick sales experience over the phone with Jarrell for the purchase of my 2008 Toyota Camry in May 2015, I had did my research on KBB and I had a very quick sales experience over the phone with Jarrell for the purchase of my 2008 Toyota Camry in May 2015, I had did my research on KBB and the surrounding dealerships within Houston for the same model car and Jarrell was able to meet at a very fair price. Once I got to the dealership, he was also very responsive and I was able to test and buy the car the same day. The after sale process was actually not great though and I ended up waiting over 3 hours for a simple "cleaning" to be done to the car. The Customer Service group ended up calling me about my experience and made things right and apologized profusely for the long wait time. Overall, I had a great experience with Jarrell and would buy another car from him. More

Grab a computer and search every item in their inventory without being in the hot sun. Not to mention the hard to get used vehicles in the showroom were fun to look at. Our service was outstanding.
