Top notch professional service I live in Fargo, North Dakota, but in 2010, I was working in Alaska and decided it was time to buy a PT Cruiser convertible. I searched on ebay and found the perfect one offered by Texas Direct Auto. Many of my friends thought I was nuts to buy a car online that I had never seen, however, my dad had sold cars most of his life, so I knew what had to be done. I contacted Jarrell and told him that he had my dream car, but that I was going to have a mechanic in his area check out the car. He understood completely and welcomed the idea. When the mechanic arrived, Jarrell had it all set up for him to test drive and take photos of. The mechanic felt there was only one slight thing to be repaired on the driver's door. Jarrell immediately had that fixed to the mechanic"s satisfaction. I then purchased the car at a very good price. Jarrell handled the paperwork for the transaction very efficiently. Finally, I was the proud owner of "Tinkerbell." I had to have it shipped to Fargo, so Jarrell stepped up and took the responsibility to make sure that it was loaded onto the appropriate company's trailer. It did not arrive on the designated day and I could not get any answers from the shipping company. Even though he was unable to get anywhere with them either, Jarrell did contact the company as well. Thank God it arrived the next day. I was thrilled with the car....nothing but pure joy as I drove it around that day! Jarrell followed up with me about a week later to see if everything was ok. I would highly recommend him and Texas Direct Auto to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle. I would not hesitate to buy another one online from him! He truly cares about his customers. More
