I decided I wanted the Lexus I had been looking at and he made the whole process so easy! He told us it would take a few hours to clean the car and how long the paperwork would take. (the car had been in another parking garage.) He was very friendly and was with me all the way to the end! When I went to get my car, the man went through all the lights making sure everything worked and showed me some of the buttons so I could get on my way. It was such a better experience than dealing w/the other salesmen at the other car businesses I had gone to. I would definitely recommend ZOOM to anyone looking for a car! More
