Hospitable I reside in El Paso, Texas, and had been actively shopping for a new vehicle for approximately 1 year, but to no avail. A coworker, who purchased his vehicles from Texas Direct Auto (TDA), referred me to the website to investigate. I immediately found what I had been searching for. Subsequently, I established contact with Jarrell Cooper, the representative from TDA, and he walked me through the process and answered any/all questions that I had. Sadly, the vehicle was sold, but Mr Cooper patiently waited until I found another vehicle that I desired, which took approximately 6-8 months. Anyhow, I acquired an automobile to my liking, and Mr Cooper and TDA not only met my expectations but they extended a measure of hospitality that I'll never forget. I sing their praises and voice a high recommendation of service and Texas hospitality! More

Michael lejeune was fantastic and it was the most seemless buying experience ive had. On the negative side: I was told these vehicles are given a safety inspection prior to sale. A running lights on my truck was out, no big deal. The tires were severely compromised and I didn't catch it until it was too late, a huge deal. Any competent mechanic would have seen this after myself and another mechanic took a look at the tires later. I drove the truck for about 45 minutes at which point I was having massive vibrations in the vehicle which rapidly turned into a massive blowout on the highway causing thousands in damage. I was given something on the order of $100 for a tire or something to that effect. Long story short, these are used cars which may have issues which I was aware of, but DO NOT trust the "safety" inspection they perform beforehand. Overall I would still recommend them and I got a truck at a great price but they lost a bit of trust from me. More

Flew down, was picked up Texas Direct Auto made my long distance purchase easy. I live in Maryland and got a great Ebay deal from Texas Direct Auto. Flew down, was picked up at the airport by Texas Direct, along with several other buyers. My sales person, Jimmy Gloff, handed the final steps personally and I was on the road back home within an hour or so. I purchased a Dodge Durango with 63,000 miles. The vehicle now has 215,000 and it has been super reliable. No major service required, just normal maintenance, and it just keeps on rolling. I highly recommend Texas Direct Auto and Jimmy Gloff, my sales person. More
