There needs to be improvement in that area. All out honestly, I am not sure who the other gentleman is but I must say he was really considerate and did his job. It could have been Chris or Dan but all out honesty, I really do not know. My apologies for this. You are asking for a rating and we can hit yes but, this does not include the detailing on the vehicle. Again, I am so sorry for this. Definitely disappointed. More

Had car detail Normally when we bring the car in for detail it really looks great. This time absolutely not. Looks like they touched up the front seats, windows looked okay but didn't look like anything was done in the back seats. Definitely didn't look like it was detailed on the inside of the vehicle. We did tell people that you were all really fantastic. Very, very disappointed this time around. They did make sure the oil was changed and they greased otherwise which was made us happy.
