I planned to come in and purchase a truck, I would have purchased no matter the dealer. The dealer experience was just a little lackluster. It was all about getting me out the door. The salesperson slid in a paint protection plan early in the deal, which I forgot about until the final running of the numbers. I could have pulled it out, but it was just too much hassle at that point to mess with it. Negotiations and paperwork took over 4 hours, but it was again all focused on getting the deal done and gone. More

It was due for an oil change so we took it in. While there I asked one of the guys if they could show me where to put the jack once it was up on the lift.
