Easy going experiance I have been around awhile ( 71 years old ). I have purchased more than a few vehicles in my time. Sales manager got involved, general manager got involved and as a result the wife and I have the vehicle we want for the price we expected to pay. Particular yet satisfied I was very impressed with Alisha and her finance manager Eilzra. I was referred to this dealership from another dealership. (Possibly because I had hi I was very impressed with Alisha and her finance manager Eilzra. I was referred to this dealership from another dealership. (Possibly because I had high expectations that seemed impossible and they couldn’t help me.) From the first conversation with Alisha I could tell she was committed to making sure not only was I taken care of but I was happy. I had very little to put down, was upside down on my trade in, not so great credit score and was very particular in the car I wanted. Alisha did research, followed up with me, came up with several options making sure I followed along through the whole process. The finance manager went over my credit with me, discussed options and issues. It took a couple days but they got me in a great car that fit all of my expectations. Low miles, roomy, great condition, and with a great warranty all within my price range. Not sure how they pulled it off but I’m very happy about it. I will definitely refer them to anyone I know looking for a great deal and great customer service. More

Great Experience Spoke on the phone with Jerry prior to arriving so car was ready to test drive when I arrived. Finance as well was quick once we were seen. Overall, in and out in 2hrs which is VERY good timing on a Friday evening. Most definitely would recommend someone to Tempe Kia. More
