My last 4 trucks bought at lenoir city ford. I wish I had went back. I was having trouble getting into my 2024 f150. I like the color of a maverick at Ted Russell. Who would have thought they take advantage of older person they did..my faults for trusting them. Credit management did not show me the numbers. I assume it was what I and sales agreed on. 31k truck went to 43k to take the 10k difference of my truck. Don't trust the sale person or Credit management to show you everything. Ask see proof!! More

All the things they advertise is at best untruthful, no extra money for military no money for trade inns if my wife hadn’t wanted the bronco and it was her birthday I I would not have purchased this vehicl extra money for military no money for trade inns if my wife hadn’t wanted the bronco and it was her birthday I I would not have purchased this vehicle. As if it weren’t bad enough we drove off the lot with an empty tank I asked could they put gas in the bronco I was told they aren’t allowed to do if you buy a car from them be prepared to go straight to the gas station cause they apparently aren’t allowed to gas up the cars horrible it is offensive that they say they take care of military personnel cause they don’t in the future I think they should not be allowed to advertise that. It is a big fat lie More

I just want to start by saying I've never been so disrespected before. I've been to ted Russell multiple times same story. The first time a salesman named dauntay with a goofy man bun "helped" us. It was borderline harassment, told him multiple times was looking for a truck. He still insited on looking at anything but a truck. Its like he was activly trying to not sell a vehicle. Then the second time was recently with my family. The salesman that was helping us did very well no problem. When my family was dealing with him I heard another salesman named jeffrey f. Verbally making comments about my family then laughing to the front desk. More

I had a wonderful car-buying experience on Sunday, February 1, at Ted Russell Ford. I am partial to Ford Escapes and wanted a newer model. Garrett Smith was absolutely wonderful. We mentioned a car w February 1, at Ted Russell Ford. I am partial to Ford Escapes and wanted a newer model. Garrett Smith was absolutely wonderful. We mentioned a car we had seen on the website, it happened to be sitting right outside the door. We went for a test drive, and I was sold. Garrett and the wonderful Finance Manager were so helpful and accomodating especially when a glitch occurred with the lender. They smoothed it out, and I drove that Escape off the Ted Russell lot.
