Good experience I felt the overall experience was good. However long wait time for fiancé to get desl ready and my only bad experience was once we waited over an hour I felt the overall experience was good. We went for the deal anyway but felt some type of shady profit thing happened with the magical numbers the finance guys like to play. It was ok but ended up being $350 more downpayment than agreed too. More

Lots of Trips I bought my truck and 8 days later took it back to add backup sensors. The check engine light was on which meant having to return 5 days later to have I bought my truck and 8 days later took it back to add backup sensors. The check engine light was on which meant having to return 5 days later to have it repaired. Had to come back to have the backup sensors installed and then a week later returned yet again to have the keyless entry code determined. That was 4 trips in one month. It was frustrating but all of the service employees that I dealt with were very accommodating, professional and friendly; particularly Gina Wood and Ms. Lively in accessories. I sent a text message to the salesman that I purchased the truck from, requesting he find out what the keyless entry was, hoping it was on the paperwork from the original owner but he (Doug Peek) never bothered to respond. More
