Trustworthy service I bought my car brand new in 2014 at a different Ford dealership in another city but have only ever had it serviced at Ted Russell Ford Lincoln (Kings I bought my car brand new in 2014 at a different Ford dealership in another city but have only ever had it serviced at Ted Russell Ford Lincoln (Kingston Pike) location in Knoxville. Each experience has been terrific. I'm able to conveniently book oil changes and other services online. Waiting for the service completion is comfortable and convenient in the lounge, where I am able to work courtesy of the work stations and complimentary wi-fi. On this particular occasion, I commissioned many recommended services that correspond to the car's 60,000-mile milestone, and was even advised to replace the battery that was operating at less than 50% of its capacity. I trust the advice of the service technicians, given their expertise, and I also trust the word of the dealership. I never feel that I"m receiving bad advice purely to drive up my expenditure. That trust is very meaningful and will keep me coming back to Ted Russell Ford...especially as I near consideration of a new car in the next year or so. If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to centralize the check-in system. The current system leaves me guessing as to whom I should approach when I arrive. More
