They do not live up to their commitments. I was in the process of purchasing a pre-owned Lincoln. I declined their financing offer and requested I be given the time overnight to work out my ow I was in the process of purchasing a pre-owned Lincoln. I declined their financing offer and requested I be given the time overnight to work out my own financing. I told Calvin and Pat Murphy I would let them know no later than 10:00 am the following day that I would let them know if I was able to secure my own financing. Calvin and Pat agreed to hold the car until the following morning. I called at 8:50 am the next morning to let them know I had my financing lined up, only to find out they sold the car I wanted to someone else shortly after I left the dealership. Their excuse ..... I didn't leave a deposit. I pointed out to Pat that I wasn't asked for a deposit. This is not the first time they were deceptive on a vehicle I was attempting to purchase. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A TED RUSSELL DEALERSHIP AGAIN. More
