Rob Moran knew everything there was to know about the then-brand-new 2017 Prime Advanced - a complex car - and was low key, thorough and totally honest. I had done extensive research before even contacting Team, so nothing would have slipped by me. There was only one surprise which surfaced while I was finalizing payment - I was to receive the full premium I had paid for a long extended warrantee on my 2010 car because I had not used it! Who does that?! VERY pleasant surprise indeed. I have recommended them to many of my friends, who have thanked me for also having had the same experience. More

He found me a new Sienna in inventory with all the options that I required and in a color that I liked. He got me top dollar for my trade according to K.B.B. and my payments were kept the same as the four year old Sienna that I was trading in. Wasted a whole day! Was there with family to check out a highlander xle and we were still not decided on lease or financing. Andrew was pushing us hard to close the deal, that kind of was putting me off but we also eventually decided we should close it. We had spent close to 3 hrs in the place and my kid was acting crazy as she was hungry. When I mentioned the kid is hungry need to grab lunch and we will come back and close the deal he was like can one of you go with the kid and other can stay for closing the deal. That was it....Really you lock up the customers next to close the deal!!! Feel bad for roger as he helped a lot and we wanted to close the deal only for his support. More
