I started my experience with talking to Veronica on the phone, and we had a great conversation and she made me a profile- from there I set up an appointment and met with Rob- He was friendly and made me feel comfortable and was able to get me the best deal on a car that I could have possibly made given my situation! I drove off in my first car very happy- It was the best experience I could have asked for! More

Terrific Dealership! Buying a car can be stressful -- that is not the case with this dealership! From the time we drove up -- we were warmly greeted by Rob Rapp, Sales Co Buying a car can be stressful -- that is not the case with this dealership! From the time we drove up -- we were warmly greeted by Rob Rapp, Sales Consultant. Rob took the time to get to know us and our needs. He knew we loved Subarus...so he took us for the most thorough demo in an Outback that we have ever had -- that cinched it. We knew we had to have that car!!! Rob is knowledgeable and put us in the right vehicle. We then moved to the Finance Department and met with Joel Grever -- again, a smooth process. Joel worked with us to find the best loan and we really appreciate that. We never felt pressured to make the purchase. Quite the opposite...and what a nice experience compared to so many others we've had over the years. We were dreading the idea of having to purchase a car, until we went to this dealership. We highly recommend Team Mazda/Subaru! :) More

Rude pushy service and bad prices The first time we were looking to buy a car we went to Team Mazda first because they advertised that they sell to first-time buyers. As soon as we wal The first time we were looking to buy a car we went to Team Mazda first because they advertised that they sell to first-time buyers. As soon as we walked up to a guy and told him we were first time buyers he quickly and rudely told us he would not work with us, and that was it. He just watched us walk back to our car and kept talking to his buddy. It was awkward and he made us feel like we were stupid. We told ourselves we would never go to them again but a few years later we were in need of a new car and a friend of ours just told us about the great experience her mom had, so we thought maybe the salesman we talked to before was just rude and decided to give them another shot. Bad idea. We ended up paying twice what the car was worth, it was a used car, and we didn't even get a warranty on it! Several times while working the numbers we said "no" and that we would look elsewhere for a different car. They were very serious and said that they guaranteed that we wouldn't get that good of a price anywhere else and that they were losing money on the sale. Unfortunately, we believed them. We were in need of a commuter car so bad that we didn't think straight and ask to see the Blue Book price or Carfax. A few months later we tried to trade it in for something more pracital for our needs and then we found out we owed WAY more than it was worth. No one would buy it from us. So now we are stuck with this car that we barely use and still owe too much money on before we can get rid of it. They are rude, pushy, and they only care about the money. They don't care about their customers at all. I'm sorry, but for such a big purchase I would think decent human beings would want to help others make the best decision for their needs/wants. We have dealt with several other dealerships since then and have never been treated so poorly by any of them as we were at Team Mazda. More

Helped us in a bad situation. We had issue after issue with a used Subaru we bought at another place. They did service on the car several times but the car just had too many issues We had issue after issue with a used Subaru we bought at another place. They did service on the car several times but the car just had too many issues. They worked very hard to get us in another Subaru that would be reliable. We got more for out old car than I thought we would. Overall we had a very positive experience and we will continue to do business with them. More
