He knows the product, he wants to make sure we really want the vehicle and cares whether it is within our budget. Jake is an all around great guy and he always goes the extra mile to get us the best price along with the best interest rate. We definitely recommend both Jake and Team Mazda. If you want a Great Car and Great Service....we highly recommend visiting them. You won't have to look for long ...they WILL have what you want. More

Our first sto We had our 'checklist' of test driving 5 different manufacturing vehicles with our comparative features. We did not take our checkbook! Our first stop was to seek the Subaru Difference. Rob took us through the consumer reports, comparative models and the BEST TEST DRIVE ever. My wife is timid with heights, but the Outback was secure, safe, and stable through all of the various road testing. We were extremely impressed with the in-depth knowledge of comparative cars on our checklist and was nice to experience working with someone who was patience and answered all of our questions that were fact-based. The outstanding Customer Service was Best-In-Class. We are planning our road trips and looking forward to the wonderful driving experience and loyalty service. Thank you Team Subaru! More
Didn't think we could buy. I went in to the dealership with the intention of asking for information on what I needed to do in order to be able to buy a car in the future. Rob Ra I went in to the dealership with the intention of asking for information on what I needed to do in order to be able to buy a car in the future. Rob Rapp sat down with us and took our information for a credit check, and then emphasized that he didn't want to show us anything welse couldn't actually afford. He was very realistic with us about our credit and finances. We appreciated his help and his information. Within an hour, he was showing us a car that was in beautiful condition, slightly higher miles for its year, but priced accordingly. He worked an amazing deal for us, and even ended up losing a little money on the deal, but was honest and stuck with what he told us up front, after he found out he quoted us the wrong information. Overall, a very good experience. More

Scamming a Senior Citizen War Veteran Team Mazda Subaru scammed my 85 year old grandfather into buying a vehicle from them he can't afford. They continuously repeated and assured him there Team Mazda Subaru scammed my 85 year old grandfather into buying a vehicle from them he can't afford. They continuously repeated and assured him there was a 'Buy Back Guarantee' and that if he didn't like the vehicle he could just return it in 24 hours. When my grandfather came to his senses and realized he couldn't afford the car nor did he want it he returned the Very Next Day to return it. They refused to allow him to return it, denied having a buy back guarantee, intimidated and bullied him into leaving with the vehicle. Their lack of integrity is appalling. Team Mazda Subaru utilizes illegal strategies to make a sale violating the Idaho Consumer Protection Act and apparently don't care when it negatively impacts their customers whom they claim is their number one priority. Shame on you Team Mazda for taking advantage of a senior citizen war veteran! More
85 Year Old Purple Heart Veteran Scammed into buying a car!! *****They were willing to negotiate with us and this issue has been resolved***** Team Mazda Subaru scammed my 85 year old grandfather into buying *****They were willing to negotiate with us and this issue has been resolved***** Team Mazda Subaru scammed my 85 year old grandfather into buying a vehicle he can't afford from them by lying through their teeth about a no worry, no hassle, 'Buy Back Guarantee'. They told him he could bring it back in 24 hours if he changed his mind or didn't like it, that the situation was a win win and he didn't have to worry since they had a Buy Back Guarantee. When my grandfather came to his senses the Very Next Day and tried to return it they denied having a buy back guarantee and refused to take the car back even threatening to have it towed back to my grandpa's place if he left it and he would be charged with the bill! I am shocked and amazed at the lack of integrity Team Mazda has and that they would stoop so low as to take advantage of a senior citizen who is a Purple Heart US Veteran. They are crooks!! More
Making it right I recently had an issue with my vehicle being damaged by a Team service techs mistake. I went back to Team and they replaced my car with a year newer I recently had an issue with my vehicle being damaged by a Team service techs mistake. I went back to Team and they replaced my car with a year newer vehicle at the same price. I feel that I can be confident in doing business with them again.
