Let's share this post so that everyone knows their business practices. I was "helped" by Rob on Wednesday. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the lowest form of respect I've ever seen. He immediately tried pulling my credit score and when I said I wasn't ready to do that, it went downhill quickly. He insulted me, repeatedly... Some of the main quotes as followed: 1.) NOBODY is going to finance you. Not in any state. Not for the cars you're looking at. You need to start at the bottom. You think you're high class? Too good for a Mazda? Ha! 2. How much money do you have to put down? (Cuts me off) Doesn't even matter. Forget the BMW. 3. Do you rent? (Cuts me off) of course you do. You'll be renting until you're 52. 4. Oh, you're scared to run your credit score? Think it will hurt your credit? You could run it 50 times today and it won't matter because you're already as low as it goes. Can't make it any worse and nobody cares. I was HORRIFIED. I left in tears. Worst business practice I've ever seen. I left there and bought the car of my second choice at a lot in Boise the same day. A 2008 LAND ROVER. I was treated with respect and dignity. I WAS financed, with no cosigner. It WAS possible, just not there, and not with the sales team you possess. I will NEVER do business with you and neither will anyone I know. Your bullying and insulting business practice gives shopping for cars and car salesmanship a bad name. -Kristin Marker More
