Very disappointed, placed an order and signed a contract to purchase a vehicle in February 2022. Had several communications with dealerships over seven months with assurance vehicle would be built. Salesman to purchase a vehicle in February 2022. Had several communications with dealerships over seven months with assurance vehicle would be built. Salesman failed to regularly follow up on status of order. All communications were initiated by the customer. I felt like I was being held hostage for seven months thinking the dealership would deliver on my order, not knowing I would be at the end of production with no chance to re-order with another dealership. My order was canceled in late September, I was never informed, discovery this information through Ford Performance. The dealership ordered the same vehicle I ordered minus a major option several months after my order and recently took delivery of this vehicle. I was told customer orders took precedence over dealer orders but that was not true. It appears Ford has provided dealers with vehicle to sale this model significantly over MSRP opposed to honoring confirmed customer’s orders. Probably will never buy a Ford again, poor customer service/satisfaction…….. More
