I can't remember the name of the person who helped me but I went in twice on two separate occasions and I spoke with him. He handled my paperwork and was very nice and helpful. I visited Expressway Toyota to have my oil changed and my brakes looked at. The Customer Service was VERY friendly (though I did have to wait quite a while), but overall Tracey was great.
