She took the time to understand the intermittent problem I was having and engaged Brent Mattson, service manager to assist. Brent and Rachel worked with the technicians to resolve my issue, updated me accordingly and really went above and beyond. Through the week long process Rachel Wright exemplified herself as a true professional, a knowledgeable service advisor and a genuinely nice person. When the repair was complete, Brent went over what had been done, explaining everything and made sure I was happy. I didn’t buy this truck from Tasca, but because of Rachel and Brent you can be sure I will buy the next one there. Thank you both. More

outstanding and fast I walked in asked for a dodge truck. Jason introduced himself. We sat he offered me a drink coffee water. All the while he was explaining the equipment and options. When we returned They gave me the final price and it was bellow I max. They appraised my old truck and gave me a really good trade in price. The manager came over took the keys and went had it detailed while I signed the paper work. when we were done with the paperwork Jason walked me through all the items in the truck and set my phone up for hands free. Which I was happy about. when I started the truck I noticed they had filled the tank not a half full but full. All in all my experience was outstanding and from time I arrived to driving away with my new truck it only took about 2 house maybe a bit more but they made me feel comfortable. GREAT Dealership We came from Massachusetts to buy a used Jeep from this dealership. Even though their mechanic inspects their cars, I felt better bringing to my mech We came from Massachusetts to buy a used Jeep from this dealership. Even though their mechanic inspects their cars, I felt better bringing to my mechanic to check it out. I called Tasca and told them what issues my mechanic found and Tasca was very accommodating, said to bring the Jeep back in and their mechanic would fix everything. Also had a gash on the side of the Jeep that needed more than just buffing and Tasca had no problem bringing it to their autobody shop in Woonsocket to fix after their mechanic did the work that was needed. GREAT customer service here, I dealt with Bobby and several others and was very happy with everybody, I was told it's a family business and you can definitely tell the difference between "family" run and other dealerships. As of now, I have great things to say about Tasca, and I've recommended them to several people. I will definitely be coming back. More
