Excellent & courteous service I had purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from the dealership and the two times I have brought the vehicle in for two scheduled maintenence oil change rotate I had purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from the dealership and the two times I have brought the vehicle in for two scheduled maintenence oil change rotate tires overall car check it has been great!!!. Especially sine the latest service I had some paint scratches caused by some other car 🚗 by parking at a business. I also caused some paint swirls when trying to remove dried bird droppings, Not only did the service tech take time to look and determine a few ways to repair the damage at minimal cost to me ,they exceeded my expectations and were able to repair the damage to a new car finish at a very low cost without having to send the car out to the body shop. Not impressed Unfortunately I was quite unsatisfied with the latest visit to Dick Norris service department. This is a stark contrast to previous visits. I originally paid for a service package as well as a car wash package when I bought this vehicle. Every time we drop the car off no one has a clue about the car washes that we are supposed to be receiving and eventually it is found and done. This past visit we were told it would be completed. We paid prior to picking the vehicle up as we needed to come after hours only to find that the car was not washed as promised. This was an oversight that was disappointing.
