Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced during your recent visit to our service department. After reviewing the situation, it appears that the issue with your lug nut was caused by it being cross-threaded, which resulted in it snapping upon removal. Unfortunately, this kind of repair requires additional time and labor to correctly repair the lug which snapped off to insure your safety. I understand this is a frustrating situation, and I recommend reaching out to the last service provider who worked on your wheels to seek reimbursement, as they may be responsible for the cross-threading.
