The approach was much more professional and customer service oriented. It was a frustrating process in the end, but at least the dealership did eventually help to fix the situation. ORIGINAL: After buying a vehicle, they sent my registration to the wrong address. When I asked, they told me there is nothing Sussex can do. Told me to go to the address and knock on the door. The building was abandoned. Sussex didn't really seem to care. Oops our bad. Told me I need to go to the DMV and deal with it. I need to burn one of my vacation days and wait in the horrific line at DMV, dream vacation day. Oh by the way the only part Sussex will refund is what I pay at the DMV. The $330 Sussex charged me for registration and the $249 Sussex charged for documentation fees is Sussex's to keep. More

I was called and asked for more info, that I had originally offered while there. My temporary plates have expired and I still haven't received the registration. Can't drive my new pilot. When they received the registration. It should have been overnighted to me, since the mistake was not mine. I did not get the impression that they cared. If you purchase an auto here, register it yourself. It will be much faster. More

The first time we went in, Roger sat down with us, explained the finances and got us in the car for a test drive. When we called back to say we wanted the car (in a color they didn't have) he said no problem we'll see you Wednesday. And sure enough, my SUV was waiting for me, in the color I requested, the deal we spoke about at our first meeting was the same one- again no games. This is my second experience with Sussex Honda and both times were easy and a pleasant experience. My husbad's family has been working with Roger for 15 years, he's truly the best. Pleasant buying experience I contacted Sussex Honda about a used car that I saw on-line. When I went to see this car, it was no longer available. There was another car that was very comparable, so I took it for a test drive. I liked it and returned the next day with my mechanic friend. Since the car was an older model, I wanted to make sure it was in good shape. After receiving a "clean bill of health" from my mechanic friend, I met with Brian, the sales person I had been dealing with. We signed the paperwork and I picked the car up the next day. The dealership also helped to find financing, which was not easy, since it is an older car. All in all, it was a very pleasant buying experience. More
