Oil Change and Inspection I had experienced a wrench and oil life 15% signal. I was surprised because I thought that my oil was changed at ever visit. The oil was changed, the inspection done and I was sent on my way with an explanation of it all. I was immediately served and felt respectfully treated even though I know nothing about cars or their upkeep. More

My work number is not a very efficient way of getting in contact with me most days but I was on vacation so no one contacted me. I had to call the dealer to find out what was going on and was told my car had been completed the day before. It didn't cause me any problem but just would appreciate them using my cell number like they always have in the past. More
