I explained to her my past car buying experience, which wasn’t good. She actually helped me shop for a new beetle, rather than shove one down my throat to get me in and out. She made sure I 100% was satisfied and had no questions about my car before I left. Considering I never had a car with “features” before. The car had a small scratch on it, they also made sure to buff it out so it was show room quality for me. All in all, I will be buying my next car here and recommending it to everyone. More

Geez, during the test drive, she even permitted me to pick up my daughter (i ran behind schedule trying to determine which vehicle I wanted). I’d made a friend. Because she was so knowledgeable and honest regarding which vehicle would best fit our scenario, my spouse purchased a car from her the same day. 4 years later i accepted a job in UT. I needed a different kind of vehicle, so I contacted Adela. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase from her, so i purchased from the local VW in UT. It was never the same. I wasn’t going to let that happen again. I accepted a job in NYC and... I needed a different kind of vehicle. I contacted Adela. She was ready for me. She directed me to Nadja; who ALSO was well versed in which car(s) may fit my needs. Both Women ensured I received the right vehicle and Adela ensured I received the best financing available to me.
