As easy as buying a car can be :) I had a great experience buying a new car here. I knew I wanted a GTI because I love the hatchbacks..... and I’m a professional musician, so I was ver I had a great experience buying a new car here. I knew I wanted a GTI because I love the hatchbacks..... and I’m a professional musician, so I was very interested in the Fender 8 spkr+sub sound system that the GTI Autobahns have and I was leaning in that direction. I had the great pleasure of working with Madeline; she helped me find a GTI SE with a performance package upgrade. It’s a perfect fit for me, as I got an awesome car, including the only Autobahn feature I cared about (the sound system), at the SE price. I put that savings towards a maintenance package with Dan in financing, and I’m looking forward to keeping this car in top shape for many years to come. :) Madeline really listened to what I was looking for; I appreciated that she didn’t try to oversell me a more expensive car when the SE I ended up with was exactly what I wanted. :) Thanks Madeline and Suntrup VW! Considerate “Carmanship” After much research, I came here to test drive a 2017 Nissan Altima here 2 years ago- never went anywhere else. Great employees in every area we visit After much research, I came here to test drive a 2017 Nissan Altima here 2 years ago- never went anywhere else. Great employees in every area we visited that day, as well as for every service experience since. I returned here last week after my Altima was totaled, dreading the process of finding a replacement vehicle. We had done a lot of online searching. Didn’t find anything that day, and even visited another dealership (a horrendous experience) before returning to Suntrup. Michael was super exuberant and attentive throughout this experience. Everyone, again, in both the new and used locations was friendly and considerate. Such a contrast to the “Other Experience” (I will stop just short of saying manipulative and belligerent😳). I am happy to have found a perfect vehicle to meet my needs and be a repeat customer at Suntrup. Never thought I’d have reason to be loyal to a car dealership (we rarely buy new or newer cars!), but I hope to continue to do business with Suntrup for the foreseeable future! And I appreciate that Suntrup is closed on Sundays! More

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not exactly a “car person”—I don’t really care too much about what I drive so long as it gets decent gas mileage. In fact, the only reason I went to the dealership was because the transmission on my old car was acting up. We walked in looking for a quick and easy purchase, and Blaze delivered on that 100%. I test-drove a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, and that’s the car I drove home an hour later. Would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a seamless transaction. More
