They allowed us to look around and see what vehicles we were interested in, listened and understood what we wanted and how they could find something to fit our financial needs. They really work with you and make sure you are satisfied. We got a great deal that I am sure we could not have gotten anywhere else. The entire staff was attentive and personable. Kelly was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and answered any questions we had with no hesitation and much honesty. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had and we love our new car!!! I have recommended a few friends to this dealership as I am sure they can experience that same satisfaction. Rarely do you find care dealerships that live up to their name but at Suntrup they exceed their great reputation. In the future we will definitely be returning customers for our next vehicle. Dave could not have been nicer and saved me money I came in to have a recall fix and had my check engine light on. He seems like he likes his job and is always friendly and helpful and always tries to get me the best deal. More

We didn't even anticipate buying a car that very day, we were just looking. Out walks this genuinely kind, happy to help us- Kelly. We test drove a car and I wasn't thrilled. If we were going to spend the money on a car, we wanted it to be the perfect one. The one I'd drive until the wheels fell off. She pegged me from the second I walked in. She asked me if I liked shoes (obviously, yes)- and disappeared for a couple of minutes. Up rolls the car I didn't even know I came in looking for. She said, "This is your Christian Louboutin". She made the perfect car for the perfect price happen. I'm so thankful we stumbled into her office that day. We now live in Kansas City, but I'd drive back to St. Louis just to see Kelly when it's time for our next vehicle. Not only that, we still keep in touch.
