Quick, painless, and drove away happy. Katie was really great to work with. Got me in a car within 15 minutes of me walking into the dealership. Test drove and fell in love. We didn't even anticipate buying a car that very day, we were just looking. Out walks this genuinely kind, happy to help us- Kelly. We test drove a car and I wasn't thrilled. If we were going to spend the money on a car, we wanted it to be the perfect one. The one I'd drive until the wheels fell off. She pegged me from the second I walked in. She asked me if I liked shoes (obviously, yes)- and disappeared for a couple of minutes. Up rolls the car I didn't even know I came in looking for. She said, "This is your Christian Louboutin". She made the perfect car for the perfect price happen. I'm so thankful we stumbled into her office that day. We now live in Kansas City, but I'd drive back to St. Louis just to see Kelly when it's time for our next vehicle. Not only that, we still keep in touch.
