I met Easton about a month ago and asked him to keep his eyes open for a 2023 X-Pro Telluride. A few weeks ago he texted me a sticker for the exact car I was looking for. He was good on his word and I paid exactly what we had spoken about. BJ was great in finance did not try to sell me a bunch of upgrades as I had experienced before with other brands. Then Easton spent time sitting in the car with me and went over all the features of the car and helped me get connected to the Kia app. I have bought many cars and this was a very pleasant, professional experience. I have reached out by email and called at least twice leaving voice messages and not one has called back to say still unsure, we put it in the mail, or anything. I was really hoping to have the title sooner than later so that I could refinance, the interest rate they gave me was too high especially for someone with good credit. More
