Very disappointing I went in to have a remote start and siriusxm receiver put in. The starter was put in as requested, but the receiver was not, even though I was charg I went in to have a remote start and siriusxm receiver put in. The starter was put in as requested, but the receiver was not, even though I was charged for the install. I was even told the modular number was in the center console. When I got home the receiver was still in my seat. After I called they told me they had to order it. I reminded them that it was in my seat, they said the tech did not understand that and to come back and they would reimburse the install price. When I returned they told mine would not fit and I needed to order their $400 part. I was very disappointed in that they were not honest. And I have to figure out how to install a satellite receiver on my car. More

Customer since 2005. Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since t Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since there was no history of an alignment being done by previous owner and I would be putting close to 1800 miles on the car the following week and another 4000+ the first three months of 2019. Turned out front end was fine but the back end needed some adjusting. Nice to have peace of mind. More

We were given a discount for paying with cash without asking for it and the manager made sure that we were aware of the "Share the Love" options. My trade-in was appraised at exactly what I anticipated it was worth based upon Kelly Blue Book and some needed repairs. This is a dealership that I believe cares a lot about being in the community for the long-term and I feel that I will get great support for my car in the future. More

Could have been better Made appointment ahead of time to drop vehicle off for diagnosis of blower motor noise. Dropped off early so they could get to it when they had time. Made appointment ahead of time to drop vehicle off for diagnosis of blower motor noise. Dropped off early so they could get to it when they had time. Didn’t hear from anyone all day. I finally called approximately 5 min prior to closing time the night before Thanksgiving to check on status. After a short time on hold because paperwork could not be located I was told that parts had to be ordered. No offer of a loaner, no explanation for lack of notification. I had to make my own arrangements to pick vehicle up so that I had a car to drive. Just disappointed in how it was handled. Still haven’t heard anything about istatus of parts that were ordered. Cannot provide employee info because I have no paperwork. More
