Purchased my vehicle from this dealer and had Marvin as my service guy for every service the last 21,000 miles. couldn’t say nicer things. But I was disappointed in my last service. It was very impersonal and felt like it was a jiffy lube trying to squeeze every penny out of me. Plus I told my rep I was going to pick up at 12 and I arrived at 11:58 and he had just gone to lunch. But he never shared with me he was taking his lunch at 12. So I got no opportunity to ask about the service and how my breaks were and tires. Was disappointed in this service and experience at this dealer. Hopefully the next service will be better as I’ll give it another shot hoping this was a one off experience. More

Do not recommend working with Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood as we've been poorly serviced by the sales agent and sales manager after a recent vehicle purchase on January 18, 2021. The lousy and lying Hollywood as we've been poorly serviced by the sales agent and sales manager after a recent vehicle purchase on January 18, 2021. The lousy and lying agent Miguel Zapata Olivares misled us to believing that the additional charges and features that we had no idea and we never added - only to find out that they were after signing. After we had negotiated the price of the car, they bring you a white paper where they outline the deal and they circulate the price of the car, on that sheet they have other charges that they never explain or lend you the sheet for you to see it. They focus on marking the price of the car and cover the charges below, then when you accept the price of the car only, they make you sign a paper accepting the price of the car, but what you don't know is that the sheet has other charges for things that the dealer adds to the car without explaining what each extra charge is. (All the extra charges are not on the window sticker)! The agent didn't give us any further detail on certain up charges for what becomes a shady benefit for their own commision. Buying at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood is more expensive because the dealer adds extra packages to the car during their unexplained and shady "sales pitch." After one declines additional packages and receives confirmation that they weren't added, Sunrise Ford does it anyway - they should be penalized for taking advantage of clients. Watch out with this dealer and be very careful with what they charge you if you decide to buy at Sunrise Ford. Please be aware of the following: VTP plan, $ 595 a little black box - no explanation $395 for unexplained protection Edge Guard $199 - no explanation Additional charges that combine for over $3,000 over the span of your finance terms without your own approval. This is how they're earning top notch commision through a betrayal of service. I called them as I thought that I would get an explanation from sales agent Miguel Zapata Olivares - his response was that I'm being a "cry baby" as if we were in grade school - isn't Ford supposed to provide world class service? Apparently not. Shortly after, I was able to make an appointment with the head of finance Aldo Tapia. He gives me the same lousy run down received from Miguel Olivares - he did not give me the time of day to explain the situation. Additionally, he explained that his sales agent is incapable of making a mistake as if he were not humanly possible. He was arrogant in his response and belittled me several times. He then gave me the contact of another manager, Daemeth Rooney - tried to contact him and got a response after a few days. Darmeth Rooney was super rude and aggressive; he yelled at me and said that he was not going to lose the argument against me (??). He was not going to take any of the deceiving charges off of the contract. He additionally added that he did not care if I take this to court and that I was going to lose because I had already signed. Regardless, he mentioned that he had to defend the dealer, his sales agents, and not the customers. In a cruel and rude way he tells me that he does not care if the sales agent was wrong because I had already signed. He refused to check cameras as he trusts his people and it wouldn't matter anyway because he's never lost a case (arrogance - admitting to fault?). No matter how much I complained and asked to adjust my payment or remove the charges, their solid remained as "no." They are rude liars and profiteers, let's see if they yell at a judge like that! The Ford company should solve this chaotic form of service to valuable clients. Please do not buy at this dealer, all vehicles have hidden charges that they do not tell you about - pleas be careful and share! More
