I had a bad experience with this dealer branch. They are not honest. First they did not sold me the Jeep for the price as advertised, they over priced me. They were supposed to fix a used Jeep that I purchased from them and they didn’t want to, I had engine issues 2 weeks after I bought the Jeep from them and they told me they don’t make engine and I would ought to pay the cost out of my own pocket. Based on the lemon law they are responsible to fix the issue and they refused. I had to get the Jeep fixed with my own money. I took them to court to get reimbursed and they didn’t show in the courthouse twice. The court settled the case on my favor. It has been almost a year now, they still haven’t reimbursed me my money. Then have to wait 8 hours for a 15 minute warranty fix. They use a third party reservation company and don't employ enough Mechanics or managers. I purchased a car on 5/3/23 and they were supposed to fill my tank with gas. Due to the time I was advised I could fill it and return with receipt for reimbursement. When I call I get disconnected and Michael Gonzalez the sales rep is now ignoring my emails. This is unprofessional as all I want is what was promised to me. Where do I begin let’s start, NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE with I purchased a used gmc terraine on Dec. 28th 2022 I was sold this vehicle by the salesman Paul. Stay away. I picked up said vehicle on January 2 with I purchased a used gmc terraine on Dec. 28th 2022 I was sold this vehicle by the salesman Paul. Stay away. I picked up said vehicle on January 2nd. Since then I’ve had to bring back the car for 2 sensor issues which where taken care of. Then on April 24th 2023 I had to bring it in due to water in spare tire wheel well. By Friday of that week I was told car was ready for pick up which I did Saturday morning. Good thing it rained overnight because the work that was said was done well let’s just say they diagnosed the problem incorrectly because there was 6more inches of water in the wheel well again. In which the service man Jean I was dealing with had such a look of embarrassing on his face, one because I did the right thing and hit him off for expediting the car so quickly and probably because the work was wrong. I get it. That was April 28th. I kept being told for a month that the part was not in yet. During which I’ve now had to rent a car for that time. On Friday may 19th I was informed that my car was complete for pick up. Saturday morning I went to pick it up and now the service guy Martin M. Told me that he could not release the car to me because there was still a musty, moldy smell in the car. In which he said that they will do what they can to have the smell removed. As for the reimbursement of my rental because Sunrise Chevy does not give loner cars or rentals, I was told paperwork would be sent to Chevy corp because it was considered warranty work. Well a week goes by and I finally receive a phone call and was told that they cannot get the smell out and basically take the vehicle as is. Mean while I’ve been in contact with the salesman Paul who was useless. I even requested a phone call from the GM Dominick which I waited for for over 3 weeks and I still am waiting. I even left a message I will come there and give him the quarter so he can call me. But no such luck. Then I get a phone call from the the assistant gm Murant who tells me that “well they hit 90% of the smell out that’s better than nothing”. Is that your customer service REALLY! So I go in the next day very respectful and I am put in touch with a gentleman named Alonzo, who I cannot say nicer things about. Let’s just say bad companies will lose good employees. He did everything right in which Sunrise Chevy took over the old now smelly terraine and put me into a equinox, which was this is what you get. They almost tried selling me a car that had damage but fortunately nobody was able to find the keys to it. Unreal. They even tried charging me $20 more per month. Now since June 1st I’ve been getting the run around about having my rental of over $1700 because I had 2 different ones due to the fact I had to bring the 1st one back because I was told my car was ready and then had to rent a second one. The run around is the service dept person Martin had told me which I have in text message on Tuesday 6/6/23 I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOU, I SENT IT TO MY GM REP, HE RECEIVED IT AND SIGNED IT, HE TOLD ME HE CANT GET EVERYHTING BACK BUT WE WILL GET RE-EMBURST FOR SOME Noticed it’s in caps because I copied and pasted from my text messages And these are what I received today when I reached out SO HE CAME BACK TO ME, HE SAID HE WILL NOT GET APPROVED FROM GM FOR REIMBURSTMENT, AND THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS NOT PAYING OUT ETHER. HE SPOKE TO THE SALES DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD HIM THEY CANT BE RESPONSIBLE CAUSE THEY DID NOT GET YOU THE RENTAL Now it’s 5:16 6/9/23 and still not a word I have sent text messages and even left a message. Now my next step after this is calling Chevrolet Corp. Directly and deal with thier customer service to make a formal complaint about this horrible dealership and how it is run. You will not find negative reviews on FB because they take them down. I know because my Gf posted a negative review and within minutes it was deleted and not by her. Stay faraway from here! More
