It was one of the worst. Usually 2 hours. This was 5 hours. I had to go to a remote and drive car back. I said do I have to ...he said yes...I have leased Malibus since 2000.There is another hour out of my life.When we went over figures , it was around 480 a month. lowered to 450. I had RS at 325 , I lowered trim to LS for a lower price since I am retiring. I then suggested a trax...whoa...trigger.. NO trax has no incentive and malibu is safer and better car. Glad to know last month they had my wife buy her Trax. We called Steve 5 times...never there or unavailable. He calls me Oct 1..we sent 2 separate emails with bill showing capitalized cost reduction at 2415.38. He states that it is 4000.. I usually pay around 3000 at signing. This time 6927. Never mind the money but WHY could I not buy A Trax ( my opinion is that the salesperson went too fast. The car was upstairs and he did not want to go look for a TRAX. I still think there is a problem with the paperwork...Box #6 does not add up...like the last 20 years''...I hope there is a positive answer to this BUT I am not optimistic

I did already on the 5th. I still haven't heard anything regarding my money back. Are you guys trying to follow up with DOWC? It seems like you just send one email and call it a day. Idk maybe try talking to them on the phone. Its usually what I would do with unresponsive vendors.

I’ve contacted your dealership enough times, explained my situation. You have my number there on file or you can ask Paul the salesman, service department Martin or Jean even Murant in the main office sits to the left, has my number. This is about the white GMC terraine that was brought in on April 24 because of a wheel well filled with water because of a defect in sunroof. R/O # 6018791/1, If you are this concerned then you will take the right steps, time to find my number in your records and Reach out to me as soon as possible, the customer.
