Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and not in-your-face/pressuring for the buy like a lot of salesmen can be! Don't see a reason to make an appointment because my appointment was at 9 for an oil change and didn't leave until 12. Found out there was 4 appointments for oil changes at the same time.
