I wish the process of purchasing a vehicle from Sundance was smoother, quicker, and more transparent. The prices listed on the vehicles in your lot are far below what the final payment ends up being, and th was smoother, quicker, and more transparent. The prices listed on the vehicles in your lot are far below what the final payment ends up being, and this is hard for a new car buyer to navigate when trying to purchase a vehicle within a budget. Also, I sat for over 3 hours waiting to finalize the paperwork and purchase of my vehicle while the salesperson tended to two other customers who took their attention simply by being more demanding and rude, which left me sitting for hours, waiting. It seems like it would be more efficient for one salesperson to handle one customer at a time. More

Sundance was fantastic to work with in making a deal to buy my truck. The salesman I worked with, Carson, went above and beyond in answering all my questions and even stayed late to make sure I was happy. buy my truck. The salesman I worked with, Carson, went above and beyond in answering all my questions and even stayed late to make sure I was happy. His boss, Scott, came out to help work the deal a couple times and spent time talking with us as well. Although I felt like I was being annoying, neither Carson or Scott ever acted put out by me or my particular questions and concerns, even when we stayed after closing time. Once we had a deal done, they had my truck driven to me and the rest is history. 10/10 experience and I’d recommend Sundance Chevrolet to anyone. More
