Second Time Was Worse David was incredibly rude. I first noticed his proclivity to interrupt and talk over people when we were taking delivery of our second new Volvo. He David was incredibly rude. I first noticed his proclivity to interrupt and talk over people when we were taking delivery of our second new Volvo. He repeatedly interrupted anyone he talked to. This included my wife, the Volvo support people, and myself. When an issue arose with Volvo Financial two weeks after delivery, I spoke to David who assured me the issue was resolved, Volvo Financial would have everything updated within 24 hours and if we had any other issues he was our point of contact. 24 hours later the issue still was not resolved. I called my "point of contact" David who rather than listening to me insisted on speaking over me. When I continued talking in spite of his rude behavior we each started to raise our voices. He finally insisted that I was the problem and said that he would no longer speak to me. After waiting in vain for a return phone call from Rob Lyons (sales manager); I reached out to David T. Fischer who resolved the issue. Don't waste your time with these people. More

Unprofessional I've been buying cars from all over the country for over 15 years and I've never had to deal with a "legitimate" dealership that wouldn't get back to I've been buying cars from all over the country for over 15 years and I've never had to deal with a "legitimate" dealership that wouldn't get back to me regarding my questions on an advertised used car. I don't mean not knowing if my email was ever received or not, I mean I was passed from one associate to another and even after reaching out to 2 different managers to find out what is going on (5 different associates), I still never got a reply! I see plenty of good reviews so I don't know if you have to be a local to get service or maybe they didn't like my foreign name but I wouldn't contact this dealer again if they were advertising the deal of the century. More

Trade in We decided to upgrade our Volvo XC60, which is a great car; with 2 kids we we put a lot of miles on the car, and now that the youngest is in college w We decided to upgrade our Volvo XC60, which is a great car; with 2 kids we we put a lot of miles on the car, and now that the youngest is in college we decided to trade in for a newer model of the same. Bill Burston helped us find a practically new XC60 with some extra features; we had looked around, my husband even dragged me to Ohio to look at a car, but Bill was able to find what we wanted/needed and then he made the trade in as easy as returns at Nordstoms! So the new model have some great features with lane change technology and cruise control features that make driving easier on the crazy freeways. It probably is the most comfortable car available; we also opted for the service package extras so we will never have to put off service visits and plus any time we have had maintanance or repairs for our many Volvos over the years Suburban has always done the best job and with good prices. Given the time difference almost all communications were done by email. I live in California however the only 2016 XC70 I could find with the right color interior and exterior and my desired trim/packages was at Suburban Volvo. I kind of figured that this might be a good trick to make this sale happen. My sales advisor Kyle Breda stuck with me the whole way. Kyle was very responsive to me via email and eventually phone. Kyle is great at his job, professional, knowledgeable, courteous with an easy sense of humor. He was always there to make sure everything was progressing. This was easily one of the more complicated auto transactions that I have done due to the out of state aspect and Kyle along with everyone else at Suburban Volvo made it quite manageable. Thanks to all. YES I would recommend Suburban Volvo! I would like to mention Mike Goltz. Mike processed all of the (Inter-State) paperwork. Mike's attention to detail is keenly augmented with an amazing follow through. His easy personality made everything progress with an air of confidence and comfort.
