There is no other dealership around the state of Michigan (which includes Ohio and Wisconsin )wi this Suburban Toyota dealership in Farmington Hills. After a long wait, due to shortage of cars, my wife and I were able to finally drive out of the dealership in our 2023 Toyota Prius. I have to share my wonderful experience that wouldn't be possible if it w were able to finally drive out of the dealership in our 2023 Toyota Prius. I have to share my wonderful experience that wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for the staff at the Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. Tanner Tulgetske, Michael 'MJ' Joh, and Rob Lisowski made my experience best in my life. They made the purchase process simple by allowing all necessary documents to be submitted ahead of time over the internet. They used their web site to show me all the details and explain all the options that are included in the vehicle. They suggested warranty options, maintenance plans and presented the cost of all the options. It's much easier to understand if there is no pressure and when it can be done over extended period of time. MJ is an expert with all the electronics that are built into the new version. It's truly amazing that he could cover the presentation of countless settings and myriad of tweaks in just over an hour. He was patient with us and made the initial customization process and new driver registration fun. Thank you MJ! Thank you Tanner for prompt updates on the delivery timeline! Thank you Rob for super simple paperwork signing session. It was truly a pleasure to purchase the car from you, and I promise, we will be back for our next one.
