Unprofessional Management I leased my car from Romeo Ford and was given 3 free works credits. I drove from St. Clair Shores(passing by 3 other ford dealers to get to Elder Ford I leased my car from Romeo Ford and was given 3 free works credits. I drove from St. Clair Shores(passing by 3 other ford dealers to get to Elder Ford of Romeo) to have them tell me that they don't have anything on file and won't honor it. The GM told me "different company can't honor it" to which I said then I won't be back - to which he said "OK Good." My lease is up in November, was planning on upgrading and also getting my girlfriend one as well - definitely won't be through elder ford. Poor customer service from the GM. Afterwards, someone in sales told me if I could find something in my paperwork they will honor it but I have to understand "if a 100 people do what you're saying it would be a problem." Guess I'm a liar! Definitely not the hometown dealer anymore. Would not recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. UPDATE: They told me they would honor it if i had paperwork and told me I hadn't come in since i got the car. That was wrong. I posted over 7 receipts proving otherwise. They then changed their FB comment and all of a sudden they CAN'T honor it because they aren't Romeo Ford. Funny how that works! More

From the second I turned into the overcrowded and confusing parking lot, I got anxious and wondered what else had changed since my last visit. Jacques was very nice and easy to deal with, but the overall tension in the air was something I have never experienced here. It's an unwelcoming, cold, business as usual atmosphere where I'm sure I was seen as just another dollar sign. Not a good business model. The only positive was that this was the fastest oil change I've had done here, which allowed me to escape this place even faster than I had hoped. I had also wanted to inquire about purchasing my leased car, however, there was absolutely nowhere to park. I will take that task to another dealer along with my future car maintenance. More
