I found Carissa through the online chat when I was looking at a few vehicles I wanted to test drive. She was pleasant and helped us choose the best option in my price range. She sent a key fob cover to our home for the one (broken) key fob we were given. I assumed cars came with 2 keys. I initially spoke to Tom from the finance dept. he was great and I was looking forward to working with him for the purchase of the car. When I came in to purchase, I learned he was off that day. I ended up working with another man, I can’t recall his name at the moment. He never went over my actual loan. He told me what my payment would be and we discussed the warranty. He spent most of this time telling me how huge his house was, how many people he hosted for the holidays, custody issues with his child, and how he was once in sales but had been moved to finance. There was more but you get the point. Not to be rude but that was all irrelevant and a waste of my time. A bit odd to say the least! More
