I purchased a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan from here. Since the 1st month I have been having electrical issues with this van. I took it back up there and they said I "was turning the key too fast". Okay, Since the 1st month I have been having electrical issues with this van. I took it back up there and they said I "was turning the key too fast". Okay, whatever I still had issues after that. My a/c on the driver's side went out for almost 2 months. I took it back up there and they charged me $100 to check it out, then proceeded to tell me that the part that needed repair would cost $750. Now the vehicle won't start. My van doesn't even have 100,000 miles on it nor has it been 5 years since purchase, I take it to this specific location for regular oil changes. When I called this morning about my van not starting they voiced "You've only brought it up here twice in 2 years for oil changes". They have no record of checking the electrical issues within the first month, nor the a/c problems, nor the rest of my oil changes. Now I have to pay for my own tow for a vehicle that should have no issues. I do not recommend purchasing a new vehicle from here unless you want to be back in with issues. More
