Responsive to our needs We had an issue with our car and called Mike Burns who quickly took care of the problem and set up a time to come to the dealership. Mike saw my wife pull up and went out to greet her and had her pull into the service lane saving her from having to get out of the car. Every sales person we have dealt with over the years has always said "if you have a problem with your vehicle let me know and I will take care of it" but when we did have a problem the promise was not upheld. Mike made the same promise and has followed through with honoring that promise. More
