I went in without a clue and didn't want to be taken advantage of. Jennifer was patient and helpful assisting me with incentives and the best option for what I needed in a new vehicle. After all was said and done I believe my incentives topped out at $6k! I was very pleased and got a great 2017 Traverse that will fit my family. Mike was very knowledgeable of the Traverse and took the time to show me some features etc. I was also impressed that he would be checking in on me from time to time and watching for good deals when the lease is coming to an end.
