Grant is awesome! This was my first time buying a car and I was honestly pretty nervous. I was scared that I would end up working with that typical pushy sales person, This was my first time buying a car and I was honestly pretty nervous. Grant listened to exactly what I was looking for and never showed me something that was over budget. I was originally looking for a used car and Grant was great about only showing those to me. As a surprise to all of us I ended up buying a new Subaru, because I walked by one and ended up loving it. I was scared to spend the extra money for one, but Grant was great about giving me his honest opinion about what my best option was. We enjoyed working with Grant so much that when my boyfriend is in the market to buy a new car we will make sure we get to work with him again. Before finding Subaru of Wichita, I had mixed experiences at other dealerships here and in Colorado. By a mile, this dealership is the best. The atmosphere is great, I have never felt pressured, and the sales team is fantastic. This time, I got to work with Andy Roberts, who helped me through all my questions, even though I had done research before. He was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I had heard that "they only hire nice people", and I have never seen an exception. Mark and David helped me find the right solution for my financing, and Sam Steele was speedy with my documents. The lease on my current car is soon up so I started over a month in advance to narrow down the choices for a new car. After I honed my wish list to a Subaru Crosstrek, a friend sent me to Travis Nebergall at Subaru of Wichita.. I can't believe my great luck! I live in a different state so this was all done by phone and texts. He found me exactly the right car for the right price, no haggling, no bring-in-your-husband-to-sign attitude. This was actually a fun experience! I was treated like an adult and it was a business transaction. He checked out the car for me and did all the research in advance. After that I called the place he recommended in yet another state, we conducted all the arrangements over the phone, I flew out and picked up a cute Crosstrek and drove it back to Seattle. Without Travis arranging all this, it would have been a totally different (and unfortunately the usual unhappy) experience. Let's hear it for the attitude of Subaru of Wichita and of Travis in particular. They care about having you get what you want. If you want a good experience, call Travis!
