She asked questions about what I was looking to do and inquired about any other complaints or issues that I had. I mentioned everything that I thought needed to be address and Merlyn followed up on every single item. Not only did they perform the standard oil and filter service, they also changed front tires (after I called corporate and reported high front tire wear to zero thread after only 20K miles), performed wheel alignment, changed center console due to my report of rattling, changed windshield vipers, and washed the car - all as part of service without a penny cost to me! This experience makes me want to be a Subaru customer for life! More
