Prompt service with employees that listened, did not pressure, and tried to do what was right for us. I even told them about how the wheel coverage I had purchased on my previous car refused to pay for pressure, and tried to do what was right for us. I even told them about how the wheel coverage I had purchased on my previous car refused to pay for new tires, so they had Subaru cut me a reimbursement check. This was an amazing surprise and show of good faith. The financial guy also reworked things so that we got some good coverage without really increasing my monthly payments. I feel like they were very annoyed with me. I came in with a pre approval and knew what I wanted to pay. I was fully prepared to walk away and wait until I found a better deal. Once we agreed on price the sales guy seemed less than interested and couldn't wait to get us out of his area. Not to mention have not had anyone call or reach out to us to see how the car is and if we enjoy it etc. The sales guy didn't even bother to show us how to set up my phone or work the car, I guess I'm use to a different experience where the sales associate actually cares about selling cars and explains the features to buyers. I get it we are millennials and should know how to work technology but still would have been nice to at least be shown some of the main features instead we looked up the manual when we got home and figured everything out anyway. Got the car back from detail and idk what they did bc it was still dusty inside and there was smudges everywhere. We had a good experience with the gentleman who did all our paperwork he was very nice. I will say we didn't have to be there all day so that was good because we drove over 1.5 hours to be there. I did not like the way the sales manager talked to me, I fumbled my words and he decided to repeat them because they did not make sense and tried to imply that I was stupid. That's incredibly rude, I was a little flustered with the whole situation and I have multiple sclerosis so sometimes my words get jumbled but I guess because I was a female and did want to pay additional fees he decided he could tre More
