He patiently answered our questions and reviewed the options for getting a new Subaru Outback 2017 Limited. I had only intended to get a trade in offer for our 2010 Subaru Outback and possibly do a test drive but We ended up buying a new car. It was all made very easy by the dealership in spite of the fact that I intended to pay cash but needed a few days to raise the funds. The finance person often plays the "bad cop" in the whole car sales story but in this case Mike worked with us without being too pushy or aggressive. I drove away feeling like I had accomplished something significant as opposed to the feeling of having been ripped off. More

Best car buying experience ever. From the time I drove in, it only took 2 1/2 hours and I was out the door. I test drove the Outback 2.5 thinking I wanted the 3.6. I was very happy with the performance of the Outback 2.5 Limited so we went back to the dealership to make a deal. I traded in Jeep Wrangler that I loved but was looking for a Subaru to replace it. The inspection of my Jeep and the offer made took about 10 min. and it took me 30 sec. to sign the agreement. I am very happy with the Outback, the service and the dealership. I just turned 70 and this has been the best experience I have had in buying a car. Thanks Jerry Johnson and Subaru of Jacksonville!!! More
