Was able to see the CarFax for free, put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it until we could drive to Jax (90 miles away) the next day. Everything went very smoothly when we got there, and all staff were pleasant and helpful. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to see the payment person because it was closing time on a Saturday and they had more deals made than finance staff readily available. We were very pleased with our experience and our purchase. More

Painless, No-Pressure Car Shopping! Even tho the salesperson my husband asked for was not available(Juan was working on a Habitat house), John stepped in to show us a Forrester. He understood that my objective was simply to sit in the driver's seat to try on the "fit". With no push on his part, we asked to take it for a drive. John was very informative as we put it in both highway and stop-and-go traffic. We went home but came back the next morning. Jerry knew which car we had come for and took us through the leasing process. Mr. Porter was right when he told me we were in good hands with Jerry. I picked up my grandson in the new car that afternoon. The following morning, Jerry and I finished going over the manuals and I got to meet Juan. When they say "Welcome to the family!" at Suburu of Jacksonville, they mean it! More

Freindly and knowledgeable staff I brought my aging outback sport in for service expecting a giant bill after a local garage misdiagnosed the issue.
