Adam Anderson is the best! We did my purchase with mostly texts and emails as that’s what I wanted! Had it delivered to my home because I didn’t want to go to Atlanta! Good experience! I went to Subaru of Gwinnett several weeks ago to investigate trading my 2015 Subaru Outback for a recently off-lease 2019 Outback with very low mileage. Upon arriving at the dealership I was quickl investigate trading my 2015 Subaru Outback for a recently off-lease 2019 Outback with very low mileage. Upon arriving at the dealership I was quickly met by the on-line inventory representative that had helped me set up an appointment to appraise my vehicle for trade-in. From that moment on, I found myself overwhelmed by the professionalism of everyone at the dealership.... they offered me a very satisfactory price for my vehicle; quickly and quietly, we can to an agreed purchase price on the new Outback. The office space where I was accommodated was quiet and comfortable....everyone was wearing a mask!!!! Signing my paperwork, which included financing and adding an additional long term warranty, was easy and pleasant. I was out of the dealership in a little less than two hours....no unpleasant moments ever!!! I have to say that this purchasing experience was the best I have ever had.....part Subaru and part Subaru Gwinnett!!! More

Matthew patiently waited for me to drive from the other side of town during rush hour to test drive a car. He had it ready for me upon arrival (running & air conditioned). Although I got there 15 minutes b side of town during rush hour to test drive a car. He had it ready for me upon arrival (running & air conditioned).
