Beware of suggested repairs. I’m always told that another service needs to be done in addition to what I come in for. I spent over $2,000 in April of 2023 getting the 60,000 m I’m always told that another service needs to be done in addition to what I come in for. I spent over $2,000 in April of 2023 getting the 60,000 mile service and a valve replacement. I only wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation that day. The only nice thing I can say about that experience was that I was provided loaner cars because the TPMS sensor would not go away on my tires and my Forester had to stay in the shop for a little while. Recently in March 2024, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Just a couple minutes of being there, I’m told that I need to have front and rear differential service done, and that it should’ve been done at 45,000 miles. This would cost me $339. This is the first time I’ve been told that I need this . When I brought in my Subaru in September 2023, just for an oil change, I was told that I would need to think about getting the drive belt replaced, yet nothing was mentioned then about front and rear differential service. During the recent March 2024 visit when they were going to rotate the tires, one of the lug nuts was torqued on too tight, the lug nut seized up when they were trying to get one of the tires off for the rotation. I was told to get it repaired was gonna cost me $230+. As for the lug nut issue, the last place that worked on the tires was Subaru Gwinnett. I sat at their beautiful new facility for 2 hours and just had the oil changed without the tires being rotated. I ended up taking my Forester to Mavis for tire rotation and they replaced the lug nut free of charge. It was only gonna cost me $12.98 instead of the $230+ that Subaru wanted to charge me. More

After we told him the features we wanted, particularly the memory driver seat, he directed us toward the Touring trim. He was very knowledgeable, and we never felt pressure to make a hurried decision. After the sale was complete, he made sure we did not leave the dealership without both our Android phones connected to the Auto Android system. He even consulted a tech person from service to help with the connection. Subaru of Gwinnett has a clean and bright showroom with no loud music. We visited the service department and toured the entire facility. We accepted the trade in allowance which we felt was fair and also negotiated a fair price. Susan, the sales manager on duty, the day we first visited was very knowledgeable as well and Tim, the finance agent, walked us through the payment process with ease. I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett and the 2024 Forester Touring. Three days after our purchase, we made a trip to Gatlinburg and had to go over the Smokies. Our adaptive cruise control was perfect on the climb and the descent. I barely had to use the brakes. Once we got the hang of it, we used the adaptive cruise control whenever we could. More

No high pressure sales; thorough review of Forester; great financing. Would have expected $1000 on trade-in, but came in below that. great financing. Would have expected $1000 on trade-in, but came in below that. More
