But the tires, he lied to me and said they'd last another 30,000 miles. They only lasted another 10,000 miles. I would have factored that into my (lower) offer when negotiating. This dealership doesn't even have voicemail for all of their employees, and even when they do, they take their time calling back. I wrote a letter to the owner and never got a response.
