We already knew that we liked the car, Dianne helped point out the benefits of dealing with this dealership. They have a great spokesperson! Also found Sarah to be very helpful. She's the diamond in the rough- very smartly pointing out the benefits of several of the added products (most of which we had no intention of getting). We felt very fortunate to have had such great attention by these two women. More
I had to say goodbye to my beloved Subaru WRX as it was destroyed in a crash. Despite my grief over losing my car, I knew I had to purchase another Subaru and felt I could not like any car as much as my old one. While my heart was not into dealing with the purchase, Alyssa and Dustin made the experience amazingly simple and they found the exact car I wanted. I purchased a Legacy 3.6R and I thought it would be kind of boring looking but I followed it home and it is a beautiful car as well as a fun drive. I will always have a Subaru and while I've had many, many experiences with car dealers over the last 40 years, this was my first good experience which actually should be described as "perfect". (My last Subaru was purchased at another dealer in Orlando that has since sold and that was not a good experience). Thank you Mastro Subaru, Dustin and Alyssa!! More
Dianne Greenlaw was the most incredible sales assistant I have ever met. She was not pushy, but pleasant and most of all honest and very, very patient with us. When we car shop, we are extremely thorough and I believe salesmen find it very frustrating to have us as customers. We were even traveling to/from Miami to find this specific car. She stuck with the facts and completely believed in her product. Not an easy vehicle to find in South Florida, we had to widen our search statewide. Once I found the car online, I called her in advance and spoke about the car before visiting. When we arrived, she was very cordial and took us on a ‘test’ drive. Should be called a 'test of endurance', as this sturdy little car did soooo much! Since we were new to Subaru’s and looking for a car for our son, who is a college student in Utah and had never driven in snow, we were looking for a car that had 4 wheel drive, high clearance, and was good on gas mileage. The Subaru Forrester was the best fit for our needs. The ‘test’ drive was incredible! It was like the wheels were velcroed to the asphalt! The car had a good center of gravity and was very balanced. When Dianne showed us what this car could do, or better yet, would NOT do, we as parents, felt that it was a great small call that would do the job for us. It was easy to drive, and was a great road “hugger”. If our son slipped on ice and went off-road, we felt comfortable that the car could easily drive out of a ditch, or more importantly, prevent him from going into the ditch in the first place. Once we confirmed our purchase with Dianne, she helped us finalize all of the small details we wanted fixed on the car before taking delivery. Again, she was very patient and thorough! It has now been a year since we made the purchase and had the car shipped to Utah. Our son has been driving it now for a year and to-date has yet to have any problems – and this was a used model with over 100,000 miles on it. We have been very pleased and satisfied, and will be in touch with Dianne the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Nancy Ryan More

Nanci did follow up with me with several phone calls even when she was 50 miles away from me. She was very pleasent on the phone with no pressure to come visit her and drive a new Subaru outback. Upon meeting Nanci and the dealer manager every thing was very pleasent with no purchassing pressure. After driving the new outback we had financial discussions and I did purchase the Outback from Mastro Subaru, as the pricing was agreable and within the amount I was looking for. She made the service experience excellent and went above and beyond, with excellent customer service. Dianne has made me a loyal Subaru owner for life, and I know I will enjoy my new WRX. I have always wanted this car and it was made possible due to the efforts of Dianne Greenlaw and the members of the team at Mastro Subaru of Orlando. I have already told all my associates about the dealership and informed everyone connected to my Social Network of the great experience that I had. Dianne was very patient with me because I did have concerns, but with every concern she gave me the best possible solution, I think, that was available. My Fiance and I are talking about buying a car for her now because we had such a fun and exciting time. I think the OUTBACK is the next vehicle we will be purchasing with Dianne definately executing the deal. In June 2010 I purchased a 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.5i. My salesperson at the time was Emily, she was very helpful and made my experience purchasing the car a nice one. Well had the car 2 months, had a car accident which totaled the car. So I went back to the dealership to see Emily again but she had left the dealership. I talked with Brian Travis, Joe Anglada Jr. and Nicholas Gildea they remembered me from just a few months earlier, explained to them what happened and that I was back to purchased another new car. I wanted the same car they said no problem,with in hours they found one in Tampa. I had my new car with 2 days. I had not one great experience with Mastro Imports but two. More
I bought a used car from Mastro via the internet. There was increased complexity due to the distance involved (>500 miles away). Angel picked my up at the airport, had the car ready as advertised and had me on the road without delay. I would highly recommend them for new or used cars whether local or remote. All the follow-up paper work was sent to me in a timely fashion to register, title, and license the car in my state. More

I have my entire life driven Toyota, but after trying my aunts Subaru Outback, and following been reading about the impreza WRX, i decieded it was time to try new fields. I visited mastro subaru on a gray and boring raining day. The first one to meet was Dianne Greenlaw. The first hand impression was great. Dianna was young of heart, open minded, and explained me about what kind of car a subaru was. It was clewarly from the beginning that Dianne knew what she was talking about. Unfortuanly Dianna did not have the impreza home that day, but offered me a test drive in the outback, just so i could get a good feeling what a subaru could do. we get in the car, and the first thing dianna says is "lets go find some mud". awesome!!! as we are driving Dianna ask me to try multiple things to demonstrate the cars capabilities. among them is fast accelerating in standing water, hard braking in standing water, abrubt steering wheel change in standing water/wet road. We find a field with a big retention pond and a steep ditch. she asked me to drive along the ditch, and let the wheels go a little down the ditch, i was a little afraid that the test drive would end here, and AAA had to come and pull us out. half way down the ditch, dianna grabbed the wheel from the passenger side, and steered the car 3/4 down the side of the wet and muddy ditch, just to show me what a subary could to, and we came right back up again.... impressive. we decided to drive a little longer, to find another good field. at no time did i feel the usually rush to get back to the dealer ship and sign the papers. Dianna had plenty of time, and was a awesome co driver. we found anothyer retention pond, and was now driving on muddy sides, sloping hils, stopping and starting, fast turns...and alot more to demonstrate what the car could do. It was very clear for me that Dianna was very professional, and knew the limitations of the car. all done with a awesome testdrive, we were heading back to the dealer ship. Dianna offered to get an impreza from Tampa shipped over. Unfortuanly i got offered a job overseas in Qatar, and could not by a car from Mastro and dianna. However, i did buy a Subaru Forester in Qatar, and all thanks go to Dianna to be able to talk a stubborn Toyota guy like me in to changing brand, have forever seemed impossible. I bought my 3rd Subaru Forester on Jul. 30th. My 2005 Forester was declared a total lost in an accident on I95. Having made a decision to stick with another Subaru, Dianne took me on a test drive in a Outback and a Forester. It was the most fun test drive that I've ever been on. If anyone has ever gone on a test drive with Dianne, they know that it was the thrill of a lifetime. There is nothing she doesn't know about the Subaru product. Diane's no pressure sales technique was the key to my decision to get the Forester. Having made that decision, it was now up to Joe, the sales manager, to seal the deal with what I negotiated for. Kelly Johnson, Jason Lance,Jay and the entire service dept have also been fabulous. I never had to worry if they were doing a good job with servicing my 2005, and now I know there will be no worries with the 2010, when it comes time for servicing. Kudos to Mastro for having such delicated people working for them. They are more than just sales and service people, they are family. More
Having dealt with one of the most horrific car leasing experiences at Universal Hyundai in Orlando three years ago, my wife and I yearned to do business with an honest, reputable, knowledgeable and welcom experiences at Universal Hyundai in Orlando three years ago, my wife and I yearned to do business with an honest, reputable, knowledgeable and welcoming dealership as Mastro Subaru of Sanford proved to be. Like many others, I personally don't mind driving 30 miles each way to do business with a commendable car dealership. Mastro well exceeded our expectations and we owe it all to Dianne Greenlaw! My wife was highly skeptical and uneasy of dealerships in general. Leasing an imported vehicle for a second time was not on her to do list. This of course due to our ghastly experience with Universal Hyundai. Dianne held our hand so to speak and guided us to leasing a brand new 2011 Subaru Outback which my wife loves more than her own husband! Dianne and Joe went out of their way to accommodate our financing needs in a professional and very friendly manner. These days a dealership that stands behind their product is quite difficult to find - this is where Mastro's wonderful service people come in. Jason Lance and Jay are top notch guys who definitely know their Subies! If we had to do it again, I know of no other place to do business with other than Mastro! Kudos to a well deserved team and dealership whom is obviously proud of their products and most importantly the service than comes after the sale.
