I was working out of town and was a little nervous sending her to the dealer on her own but was pleasantly surprised when she got home and called me and told that she had been treated very well and was respected by chip and not treated like some uninformed women who they didn't want to be bothered by. Chip was very courteous and informative when he called me on the phone to keep me up to date on the repair and went to bat for me on a warranty issue. I would highly recommend both Chip and the mechanic who stayed late and finished my repair before it was actually promised. Thanks to both of them for the great experience that we had at strongs.
